No Mayo Broccoli And Blueberry Salad

Ingredients
- 1 large head broccoli, cut into 1‐inch pieces
- 1 cup blueberries
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 3 tablespoons almonds, chopped or slivered
- 1 large apple, cored and cut into 1‐inch pieces
- ½ small red onion, diced
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest ﴾optional﴿
Dressing:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons honey
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss diced apple, broccoli, blueberries, cranberries, onion, lemon zest, and almonds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey, lemon juice, vinegar, and water. Pour over top of salad and
- toss to combine. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
