Peppermint Bark Dip
You could use graham crackers, vanilla wafers or Oreos with this dip, but we really love it with Milano cookies.
- 1 oz. (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened
- ¼ c. granulated sugar
- ½ tsp. peppermint extract
- 2 c. whipped topping
- ½ c. crushed candy canes
- ⅓ c. mini chocolate chips
- Beat cream cheese using an electric mixer until it's light and fluffy (a whisk also works, but it will take a few minutes), then mix in whipped topping.
- Stir in peppermint sticks, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Serve with Milanos, cookies, graham crackers, or wafers.
