Instant Pot Giant Pancake

One small step for man, one giant pancake for mankind.
Ingredients
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1½ c. milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tbsp. Butter, for serving
  • Maple syrup, for serving
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Using nonstick cooking spray, grease the bottom and sides of your Instant Pot. Pour batter into pot and seal lid. Set to low pressure. Cook for 45 minutes.
  3. Use a spatula to remove pancake from pot. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
