Fajita Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- Juice of 1 lime
- ⅛ c. extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ tbsp. honey
- ¼ tsp. ground cumin
- ⅛ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 12 oz. Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- ½ medium white onion, thinly sliced
- 1 large head of romaine, chopped
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, oil, honey, cumin, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, heat Tyson frozen strips until warmed through, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add peppers and onions to skillet and increase heat to medium-high and grill until charred and soft, 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine romaine, chicken, peppers and onions, and avocado and toss with dressing.
