Cool Ranch Chickpeas
Chickpeas get super crispy in the oven and make the perfect, addicting snack. So much better than snacking on a bag of chips!
- 2 (15-oz.) cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- ½ c. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. ranch seasoning
- Preheat oven to 400° and dry chickpeas very well with paper towels. Spread chickpeas out on a large baking sheet in an even layer. Bake until golden and crispy, 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl toss hot chickpeas with oil and seasoning. Spread back out on baking sheet and bake again for 5 minutes more. Chickpeas will continue to crisp as they cool.
