Parmesan Bowls are our new favorite low-carb hack.
Ingredients
  • 2 c. shredded Parmesan
  • Cooking spray
  • Caesar salad
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray well with cooking spray. Make tablespoon-sized piles of Parmesan and bake until melty, 5 minutes.
  2. Use a spatula to lift a pile of cheese and place over a bowl with a 4” diameter and gently press to help form around the bowl. Repeat with remaining cheese.
  3. Let cool until completely hardened, then carefully remove from bowl. Fill with caesar salad or desired toppings.
