Parm Bowls

Parmesan Bowls are our new favorite low-carb hack.
Ingredients
- 2 c. shredded Parmesan
- Cooking spray
- Caesar salad
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray well with cooking spray. Make tablespoon-sized piles of Parmesan and bake until melty, 5 minutes.
- Use a spatula to lift a pile of cheese and place over a bowl with a 4” diameter and gently press to help form around the bowl. Repeat with remaining cheese.
- Let cool until completely hardened, then carefully remove from bowl. Fill with caesar salad or desired toppings.
