Donut Cake

Ingredients
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • ¼ c. whole milk
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • Cooking spray
  • flour, for sprinkling
  • ½ c. strawberries, chopped
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 c. powdered sugar
  • rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. In a large bowl, add cake mix, sour cream, milk, butter, vanilla and eggs, and whisk to combine.
  3. Spray a Bundt pan with baking spray. Pour in cake batter and smooth out with a spatula.
  4. Bake cake until golden, 43 to 45 minutes. Let cool.
  5. Make frosting: Blend strawberries in a blender. In a large bowl, whisk together strawberries, cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Pour frosting over cake and top with sprinkles.
