Philadelphia Sweet Chilli And Lime Chicken Open Sandwich

Up your lunch game with this delicious Philadelphia sweet chilli open sandwich topped with Chicken and Avo!
Ingredients
- 60g Philadelphia Cream Cheese with Sweet Chilli
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1½ tablespoons olive oil
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- Lettuce
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 2 slices of sourdough
- To serve
- Wedges of lime
Instructions
- Start by marinating your chicken. In a medium bowl, add the chicken, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and ½ tablespoon olive oil. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Place a frying pan over a low-medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Allow to heat and add the chicken. Cook for 4–5 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the pan.
- Next, it’s time to build your open sandwich. Start by spreading 30g of Philadelphia Sweet Chilli over each slice of sourdough. Next add lettuce, half an avocado, and chicken. Finish with a squeeze of lime.
