How to make the perfect frosé cocktail

Frosé, aka the most delicious rosé wine slushie, is such a fantastic summer drink. Whiz the ingredients up in a blender and serve between glasses for a great sharing cocktail.
Ingredients
  • 250 g frozen raspberries
  • 600 g ice cubes
  • 750 ml bottle fruity rose, we used a Californian
  • 3 tbsp. simple sugar syrup (see GH tip)
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Whizz all the ingredients in a blender to make a slushie. Divide among 8 glasses and serve.
