How to make the perfect frosé cocktail
Frosé, aka the most delicious rosé wine slushie, is such a fantastic summer drink. Whiz the ingredients up in a blender and serve between glasses for a great sharing cocktail.
- 250 g frozen raspberries
- 600 g ice cubes
- 750 ml bottle fruity rose, we used a Californian
- 3 tbsp. simple sugar syrup (see GH tip)
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- Whizz all the ingredients in a blender to make a slushie. Divide among 8 glasses and serve.
