Parmesan Bowls are our new favorite low-carb hack.
- Cooking spray
- 2 c. shredded Parmesan
- Caesar salad
- Preheat oven to 375°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray well with cooking spray. Make tablespoon-sized piles of Parmesan and bake until melty, 5 minutes.
- Use a spatula or your fingers to lift a pile of cheese and place it over an upside-down bowl with a 4" diameter, gently pressing to form it around the bowl. Repeat with remaining cheese.
- Let Parm shells cool until completely hardened, then carefully remove from bowls. Fill with Caesar salad or desired toppings.
