Rosé Limoncello Cocktail
We love rosé season, and this three-ingredient rosé wine cocktail is the perfect recipe for a summer drink.
- 3 basil leaves, roughly torn
- 2 tbsp. limoncello
- 125 ml dry rosé wine, we used a Côtes de Provence
- To serve
- Ice cubes
- 3 raspberries, or 1 strawberry, sliced
- Slice of lemon
- Muddle basil in a glass, then fill with ice. Pour in limoncello and wine and stir.
- Decorate with raspberries or strawberry slices and a slice of lemon
