Toasted Coconut Butter
Toasted Coconut Butter is the one-ingredient recipe of your dreams.
- 3 c. unsweetened shredded coconut
- Preheat oven to 350°. Spread coconut into an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake, stirring halfway through, until coconut is golden, about 10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- Scrape toasted coconut into the bowl of a food processor. Process until flakes turn into a slightly liquid butter, about 3 minutes. Scrape into a jar and refrigerate to firm up, about 20 minutes, then store at room temperature.
