Toffee Apple Martini

Ingredients
- 1 tsp. toffee sauce, plus extra to drizzle
- 25 ml apple-flavoured whisky (we used Jack Daniels Tennessee Apple)
- 25 ml vanilla vodka (we used Absolut)
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 50 ml cloudy apple juice
- Ice
- Slice green apple, to garnish
Instructions
- Put 1 tsp of toffee sauce into a cocktail shaker with the Jack Daniels and vodka. Shake until completely dissolved.
- Add the lemon juice, apple juice and a handful of ice. Shake until icy cold.
- Drizzle some toffee sauce around the inside rim of a martini glass. Strain the drink into the glass and garnish with a slice of apple on the rim if you’d like, before serving.
