Mousse Pie With Brigadeiro Chocolate Truffle

- 1 package Bis white chocolate-covered wafers
- 1 package Bis milk chocolate-covered wafers
- 2 ½ cups chocolate cake, crumbled
- 1 cup brigadeiro truffle mixture
- 1 ¼ cups white chocolate, melted
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 1 package gelatin, prepared
- 5 egg whites
- In a buttered springform pan, alternate white and milk chocolate-covered Bis wafers around the edge.
- Sprinkle the crumbled cake on the bottom of the baking pan and press down to form a crust.
- Pour the brigadeiro truffle mixture over the crumbled cake and spread out evenly with a spatula. Place in refrigerator.
- Mix the melted white chocolate with the cream and gelatin. Gently add the egg whites and incorporate. Pour it over the brigadiero.
- Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Top with shaved chocolate.
