Ingredients
Ganache
100g white chocolate + 50ml cream
100g white chocolate + 50ml cream
1 drop pink food gel
1 drop blue food gel

2 cups sugar
¾ cup butter
320g white chocolate or vanilla chips
200g jar marshmallow cream
¾ cup heavy whipping cream
1½ teaspoons cotton candy flavouring
1 drop pink food gel
1 drop blue food gel

Ganache
Add each portion of cream into a mixing bowl. Add food colouring and mix until well combined. Add each portion of chocolate. Microwave for 20 seconds at a time mixing each time until smooth. Set aside.
Fudge
Line a 13×9 inch pan with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
Combine sugar, butter, heavy cream and butter in a saucepan, cooking and stirring over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
Once the sugar is dissolved, bring the contents to a boil while stirring for about 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and mix in the marshmallow cream and vanilla chips until all of the chips are melted.
Pour ¾ of the mixture into the foil-lined pan.
Add the cotton candy flavoring to the saucepan and stir until combined.
Add pink food gel to half the fudge and blue food gel to the other half. Drizzle each colour of fudge into the prepared baking tin.
Chill until set. Drizzle with ganache and sprinkle with coloured sprinkles. Set for 2 hours or overnight. Cut into small squares. These are sweet! A little goes a long way!
