Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ¼ c. breadcrums
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp. ketchup
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • vegetable oil
  • 3 slices cheddar, quartered
  • 1 jar pickle chips
  • Sliced tomato
  • sliced cheddar
  • Lettuce
Instructions
  1. Make the sliders: In a medium bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, mustard, ketchup, and garlic powder together with a wooden spoon. Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir gently to combine. Form the mixture into small patties.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil. Add the beef patties and cook for about 3 minutes, until the bottoms develop a nice seared crust. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes, then add the cheese slices to the tops of the patties. Cover the pan with a large lid and cook until cheese melts.
  3. Assemble the sliders: Place 10 pickle chips (or however many patties you have cooked) on a serving platter. Top with lettuce, tomato, and a cooked patty. Top with another pickle chip and serve immediately.
