In a large bowl, toss together tomatoes, oil, vinegar, basil, garlic, oregano, salt, and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush halloumi slices on both sides lightly with oil and place on grill. Cook until golden, about 5 minutes per side.
Place grilled halloumi on a platter and top with tomatoes.
