With a hand mixer, mix the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk in a medium bowl until smooth. Add lime juice, lime zest, salt and marshmallow fluff. Mix until all the ingredients are fully incorporated. Cover and freeze for at least 1 hour, or until the dip thickens slightly.
Serve with graham crackers.
