Frozen Peach Bellini
Frosé was SO last summer.
- 2 c. frozen peaches
- 1½ c. Prosecco
- ½ c. freshly squeezed orange juice
- Fresh peach slices, for garnish
- In a blender, combine frozen peaches, Prosecco, and orange juice. Blend until mixture is slushy.
- Divide between champagne flutes and garnish with fresh peach slices.
