Easy Pizza Salad


This healthier, low-carb version of a slice of pepperoni pizza fresh out of the box is loaded with delicious ingredients that will make you come back for more!
  • 6 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup black olives, sliced
  • ¼ cup red onions, sliced
  • ¼ cup pepperoncinis, sliced
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes halved
  • ¾ cup pepperoni slices
  • ¼ cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1 teaspoon pizza seasoning, or to taste
  • 1 recipe Italian Dressing
  • red pepper flakes, to taste
  1. Prep all of the salad ingredients and add to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Drizzle the salad with dressing and gently toss until well coated.
  3. Garnish with red pepper flakes and enjoy!
