Easy Pizza Salad

This healthier, low-carb version of a slice of pepperoni pizza fresh out of the box is loaded with delicious ingredients that will make you come back for more!
Ingredients
- 6 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup black olives, sliced
- ¼ cup red onions, sliced
- ¼ cup pepperoncinis, sliced
- ½ cup grape tomatoes halved
- ¾ cup pepperoni slices
- ¼ cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup croutons
- 1 teaspoon pizza seasoning, or to taste
- 1 recipe Italian Dressing
- red pepper flakes, to taste
Instructions
- Prep all of the salad ingredients and add to a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the salad with dressing and gently toss until well coated.
- Garnish with red pepper flakes and enjoy!
