These Cuban Sliders are about to become your new go-to party dish! Think melty Swiss cheese, dill pickles, and all the meaty goodness of a Cuban sandwich, but bite-sized and perfect for sharing.
Ingredients
  • 1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls, 12 rolls
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • 10 ounces pork loin, cooked and sliced
  • 9 ounces deli ham, sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • ½ dill pickles, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut the rolls in half so you have a top and bottom piece. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. Spread the mustard on the bottom half of the slider rolls.
  4. Add the sliced ham on top of the mustard in an even layer followed by the sliced pork loin.
  5. Place the pickles on top of the pork.
  6. Finally, top with the Swiss cheese slices then place on the top half of the buns.
  7. Add the butter to a small microwavable bowl. Heat until melted then mix in the onion flakes and garlic powder. Brush the butter mixture over the buns using a basting brush.
  8. Cover the baking dish with foil then bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the sliders are hot, the cheese is melted, and the tops of the buns are golden.
  9. Cut into individual sliders and serve immediately.
