Fireball Pineapple

This pineapple is on fire.
Ingredients
- 1 pineapple, cut into small triangles
- 1½ c. Fireball Whisky
- ½ c. cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, soak pineapple in Fireball, 1 hour.
- Drain, reserving Fireball for cocktails.
- Toss pineapple in cinnamon sugar and serve.
