Never go back to boring butter again.
- 1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened
- ⅔ c. blueberry jam
- ½ tsp. finely ground lemon zest
- ¼ tsp. kosher salt
- In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat the butter with the blueberry jam, lemon zest, and ¼ teaspoon of salt until lightened and combined, about 2 minutes.
- Spoon butter into a ramekin and serve.
