Cheesy Sausage Wreath


This is THE recipe.
  • Cheesy Sausage Wreath
  • Nonstick cooking spray, for greasing
  • 2 packages refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ¼ cup pesto
  • ¼ cup marinara sauce
  • ¼ lb sliced mozzarella, quartered
  • ½ lb cooked crumbled Italian sausage
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a Bundt pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Separate the biscuits, then spread a layer of pesto or marinara on each biscuit and top with a piece of mozzarella and crumbled sausage. Stack a few biscuits together, then place on their sides in the prepared Bundt pan. Brush the biscuits with the melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  3. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes, then uncover and bake until golden brown, about 5 minutes more.
