Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares

Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares put all other bars to shame. A simple mixture of peanut butter and butterscotch chips makes these the most addicting treats. If you can't find the colorful marshmallows, regular ones work just as great!
Ingredients
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 c. butterscotch chips
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • 1 (10-oz.) bag rainbow
Instructions
  1. Grease a 8”-x-8” baking pan with cooking spray. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butterscotch chips, and peanut butter together. Turn off heat then stir in vanilla and a pinch of salt. Let cool to room temperature.
  2. Stir in marshmallows then pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate until set, 2 hours.
