Ingredients
  • Cooking spray
  • All-purpose flour, for surface
  • 1 (13.8-oz.) tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 tsp. poppy seeds, plus more for garnish
  • 24 cocktail weiners
  • 2 tbsp. yellow mustard
  • ½ c. chopped dill pickles
  • ¼ c. Chicago style relish
  • 24 sport peppers
  • 1 small tomato, seeds removed
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400° and grease an 8" springform pan with cooking spray.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, unroll pizza dough and cut into twenty-four 1”-x-2” rectangles. Sprinkle top of dough with poppy seeds, then flip each rectangle and wrap each cocktail wiener in pizza dough with the poppy seed side on the outside and pinch seams shut.
  3. Place pigs in blanket standing upright in prepared baking dish. Bake until golden, about 30 minutes.
  4. Serve drizzled with mustard and topped with Chicago style relish, sport pickles, and chopped tomatoes. Sprinkle with more poppy seeds.
