Tastes like a decadent chocolate dessert, but it’s a healthy alternative to help you stay fit.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt non-fat or plant-based
  • ½ cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or sugar substitute optional
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and chocolate protein powder until the mixture is smooth and free of clumps.
  2. If you prefer a sweeter taste, stir in the sugar or sugar substitute to your liking.
  3. For a thicker consistency, cover the bowl and refrigerate the pudding for about an hour.
  4. Enjoy your protein pudding immediately after mixing, or chilled, as a nutritious and satisfying dessert.
