Salsa Verde Baked Eggs

Ingredients
- ½ c. salsa verde
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ c. cheddar, grated
- ¼ c. Monterey jack, grated
- cilantro, for serving
- lime wedges, for serving
- hot sauce, for serving
- tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°. Pour salsa into a small oven proof dish. Make 2 wells in sauce, then crack an egg into each well. Sprinkle both cheeses all over and bake until egg whites are just set and cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro, lime juice, and hot sauce. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
