Ingredients
- 6 tortilla wraps
- 1 cup grated red Leicester
- ½ cup diced red onion
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 6 hot dogs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup oil for frying
- How You Make It:
Instructions
- Mix together the cheese, onion and cayenne and sprinkle into the middle of the tortillas.
- Lay a hot dog next to the cheese and brush some egg on the far edge. Roll up and press together to seal.
- Shallow fry on both sides until golden brown.
