Boozy Dole Whip

Dole Whips have a cult following. But these are about to be even bigger. If you're not into coconut rum, regular light or dark rum works too.
Ingredients
  • 5 c. frozen pineapple
  • ¾ c. coconut milk
  • ½ c. coconut rum
  • ¼ c. sweetened condensed milk
  • Pineapple slices, for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Blend frozen pineapple, coconut milk, rum, and sweetened condensed milk in a blender.
  2. Pour into a ziplock bag and snip off a corner with scissors. Pipe into glasses and garnish each with pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
