Elsa's Hot Chocolate

Elsa would TOTALLY approve of this hot chocolate.
Ingredients
- 4 c. milk (preferably 2% or whole)
- 1 c. white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Blue food coloring
- Reddiwhip
- Purple sprinkles
- blue rock candy
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat milk until it starts to steam. Turn off heat and add white chocolate chips, vanilla, and 3 drops of blue food coloring. Whisk until the chocolate is melted.
- Serve immediately, and garnish with whipped cream, sprinkles and crushed blue rock candy.
