Rotisserie Baked Chicken Tacos


An easy 5-ingredient meal you can make in minutes.
  • 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup red salsa
  • Tortillas
  • 1 can refried beans,
  • warmed Vegetable oil, for brushing
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the chicken and salsa in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Arrange the tortillas in a single layer on a baking sheet. Spread some refried beans onto one-half of each tortilla and top with about ¼ cup chicken mixture. Fold the tortilla over to enclose the chicken and beans. Brush the tops of the tortillas with oil. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the tortillas are lightly browned.
  4. Serve with toppings or dips of your choice.
